Terms and Conditions for the Sustainable Leadership Preparedness Programme (Corporate & Individual Membership)

1. Introduction

  • These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in the Sustainable Leadership Preparedness Programme (SLPP) provided by The Sustainability Board Ltd.

  • By enrolling in the programme, you agree to be bound by these terms.

 

2. Programme Enrolment and Access

  • Enrolment is subject to meeting any stated prerequisites such as seniority of current position, and payment of fees.

  • Access details to the Sustainable Leadership Preparedness Certificate (SLPC) course will be provided at discretion of The Sustainability Board upon successful enrolment, and ahead of the chosen cohort within the membership period.

 

3. Fees and Payment

  • The total cost of the programme, including VAT can be found on the programme website. The full amount is due after successful enrolment. The membership year starts at the point that payment is received. No programme benefits can be consumed ahead of payment. The Sustainability Board will provide payment details, upon successful enrolment.

  • Payment must be made in full before SLPC commencement unless a payment plan is agreed upon.

 

4. Programme Content and Intellectual Property

  • All programme and course materials are copyrighted by The Sustainability Board (excluding case studies and papers issued by third parties) and are for personal, or inhouse company use and not for commercial repurposing.

  • Redistribution or reproduction of programme and course materials is strictly prohibited.

 

5. Member Conduct

  • Members are expected to maintain academic integrity and professional behaviour.

  • Breach of conduct may result in expulsion from the programme or SLPP and/or SPLC without a refund.

 

6. Privacy and Data Protection

  • Personal data collected during enrolment will be processed in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).

  • Details on data processing can be found in our Privacy Policy.

 

7. Technology Requirements

  • Members are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary technology and internet access to participate in the SLPC and online roundtables.

 

8. SLPC course Completion and Certification

  • Certificates of completion will be awarded to members who meet the course completion criteria.

  • Certificates are for personal use and do not constitute formal academic qualifications.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

  • The Sustainability Board is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage incurred by the student in connection with the programme.

  • Liability is limited to the amount of the programme dues paid by the member.

 

10. Amendments to Terms

  • The Sustainability Board reserves the right to amend these terms. Notice of changes will be communicated to enrolled members.

 

11. Cancellation and Withdrawal

  • Individual members have the right to cancel their enrolment within 14 days of payment for a full refund, as per the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. No programme benefits can be consumed during this period.

  • After this period, refunds are at the discretion of The Sustainability Board.

 

12. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

 

13. Acknowledgement

  • By enrolling in the programme, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
