Jeannette Lichner

Jeannette is a Non-Executive Director who has served on private and public sector boards as well as on the Local Trust charity and the board of her alma mater, the University of Virginia. She has chaired and served on numerous committees including: People, Remuneration, Audit, Risk, ESG and organisation specific committees. Jeannette is Chair of Elucidate GmBh, a Berlin based regulatory technology firm, and Square 4, a regulatory consulting firm. 
 

In all of her roles she provides a holistic, strategic view as well as a deep understanding of most functional areas of firms, gained in executive roles in financial services firms in Finance, Operations, Corporate Finance, Human Resources, Technology, Regulatory Compliance and Chief Operating Officer roles with responsibility for overseeing all infrastructure groups. Her executive career was followed by 10 years consulting in the Governance, Risk and Regulation arenas. Throughout her career she has been involved with start up companies across a diverse range of industries. 
 

Jeannette's belief in the importance of people to every organisation has led her to balance her Non-Executive roles with teaching (leadership, governance), executive mentoring/coaching. She is often sought out for her experience of transformation leadership and implementation.
 

Jeanette is an active Companion Member of the Chartered Management Institute and a Sustainability Champion. She is a member of Chapter Zero and Senior Advisor to The Sustainability Board.
